I'am playing drums for 40 years now and I'am happy to say that Gretsch sound was allways my sound. To reply whay is so would be very easy, but there is much more than just That Great Gretsch Sound. The Gretsch drums sound is a part of American Jazz History and there's Elvin and Tony too, my two heros, I was hunderd percents influenced by their music, playing and SOUND.I'am very proud to keep that Great American Jazz Heritage ahead for years to come.
